§ 10.50.030. Judicial disposition.

The magistrate's court of the county shall have jurisdiction over all alleged violations of this chapter. The prosecuting officer shall give proper citation to all alleged violators of this chapter to appear before and have disposition of the alleged violation before the magistrate's court of the county in the manner provided by law.
