§ 10.80.020. Snelling Mill Road.

A.

The right-of-way of Snelling Mill Road beginning 0.54 mile from Gaines Ferry Road and extending 0.03 mile to the terminus is a no parking area.

B.

The county traffic engineer shall direct and place appropriate traffic signs on Snelling Mill Road in order to accomplish the purpose of this resolution [section] advising that the specified area above set out is a no parking area.

C.

Motorists who violate this resolution [section] will be subject to the same penalties as exist for violations of other county resolutions.
