§ 17.200.010. Permitted uses.

  • Permitted uses in the MHP district include:

    A.

    Manufactured home parks containing Class A and Class B manufactured homes with site plan approved by the planning commission. (See Chapter 17.310 for development standards.

    B.

    Site-built single-family detached dwelling units on individual lots of five acres or more with 50 feet of road frontage.

    C.

    Class A and Class B manufactured homes and industrialized dwelling units on individual lots of five acres or more with 50 feet of road frontage.

    D.

    Accessory residential uses, including but not limited to a private garage, detached home workshop, swimming pool, or greenhouse, all of which shall be incidental to the use of the property as a residence.

    E.

    Agricultural or horticultural uses.

    F.

    Accessory farm uses, including the sale of products grown on the premises and the keeping of livestock and poultry.

    G.

    Churches and other places of worship.

    H.

    County uses, including cemeteries, parks and playgrounds.

    I.

    Substations for electrical transformers, gas regulators and telephone subscriber carrier sites, provided the conditions of chapter 17.210 are met.

    J.

    Home offices.

    K.

    Family day care home.

    L.

    Group day care home as an accessory use.

    M.

    Home occupations, provided the conditions of chapter 17.210 are met.
