Service areas such as loading areas, vehicle entrances, and sites for trash containers
or heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment shall be screened from view
from adjoining property, from public streets, and from parking areas or other areas
open to the public. Such screening may be provided by shrubs; trees; berms; walls
of brick masonry, stone masonry, concrete masonry, or concrete which is architecturally
compatible with the principal building; or a combination of these.
