§ 2.50.200. Hours open to public restricted.

It is unlawful for any person to enter or be within a recreation facility between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily except as follows:
A.

Authorized recreation facility personnel;

B.

Overnight campers who are within officially designated overnight camping areas only. Use of a recreation facility may be further restricted in those areas where the county recreation and parks board shall from time to time designate by posting on the affected premises the time the facilities are available for public use.
